2. Sit-ups: This exercise can be done almost everywhere. It is helpful in maintaining hip flexors and abdominal muscles. Lie down on the floor with your knees bent and keeping your feet flat. Now cross your arms across your chest and try to raise your body up and meet your knees. Sometimes this may cause strain on your back so before going for it you should be careful. In this the muscles involved are abdominal muscles and back muscles.
3. Jumping on the spot: For some people it may sound a bit silly but it is a good workout. This helps in proper pumping of heart and to build stamina, it also helps in building leg muscles. In this exercise you just need to jump up and down on the same place raising your whole body above the ground. The muscles involved in this are calf muscles and thigh muscles.
